To ensure a smooth application process, please complete the following directions:

1. Please fill out the following Student Application Form: Download the PDF Here
2. You must ALSO fill out the following Availability Form for Summer/Fall 2025: Download the PDF Here
3. Once completed, turn in the Student Application Form, Availability Form AND a copy of your Summer 2025 (if applicable) and Fall 2025 Course Schedule to the Campus Store
4. If you cannot physically turn in the application and course schedule, you may send the documents via email to: [email protected]

Applications WILL NOT be reviewed without all three components above (Application Form, Availability Form, Summer 2025 (if applicable) and Fall 2025 Course Schedule).
