JOB OVERVIEW:

This position reports directly to the Sales Floor Manager and requires a flexible, dependable individual who can perform effectively in a dynamic environment with fluctuating workloads. Work settings include retail spaces, office environments, warehouse areas, and outdoor locations. The ideal candidate will deliver friendly, professional customer service and demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills. They should be able to engage with customers in a courteous and tactful manner, respond to inquiries effectively, and escalate concerns to supervisors when appropriate. Experience with cashiering and basic technical proficiency are highly desirable.

Candidates must support and uphold the University’s Christ-centered mission, possess basic technical skills, and maintain a professional and approachable demeanor with the ability to lift up to 45 pounds. This position requires availability for morning shifts (as early as 7:30 a.m.), evening shifts (until 11:00 p.m.), weekends, summers, and some holidays.

The ideal candidate will be available to work a minimum of 15 hours per week. Assigned weekly schedules may vary based on business needs and student workers’ availability.
